We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Monitor and Abuse creating no terror radius

Had a match with a Deathslinger today, and he was running Monitor and Abuse. Several times he was out of chase, he would have no terror radius. He had double reload speed add-ons, and his other perks were Save the Best For Last, BBQ, and Blood Favor. I have a lot of hours in this game, so I thought he must've had Tinkerer, but even as he was over my body slugged, he would occasionally have no terror radius, and did not have Tinkerer. I figure this must be a Monitor and Abuse bug.

I actually had a similar experience against a trickster the other day. Although it didn't completely remove his terror radius it actually seemed to almost completely obscure his lullaby which is weird because it's not supposed to do anything to a lullaby.
