Unable to Blink through Hills/Mounds

Mounds are eating blinks. Blinks are not allowed to overcome mounds to land on the other side. You will always land on top.
This was also tested with fully charged range addons with the same result.

interesting.. i play nurse in my rotation and have played with the latest patch. seems like a new bug.
