My idea: Do not give cooldown even if survivors are not exposed

I think reducing the cooldown to 30 seconds would be enough. If make your choice can only activate on one survivor at a time... i don't think they'd do different for dragon's grip.

Tbh the perk should work like make your choice, where when the perk effect ends, so does the cooldown

If including distance, then I would consider if it should be 16 meters, or maybe 32 meters, idk. That would be way more fun IMO. Not using 80 second cooldown on not exposed survivor (additional 60 seconds) and have over 2 minute cooldown, which is awful.
