Survivor spinning change

I feel like even as a fairly experienced killer, with admittedly not the quickest reactions on my controller, survivor spinning is just too fast and painfully frustrating when you end up missing an important hit after a nice bit of play because they spin at the speed of light and disappear off your screen.
To me it just feels like such a cheap means of survivor "skill" and to me detracts from the survivor's actual good play in terms of looping.
What would be the issue with adding a stagger to sudden directional sprinting or at least giving something like Unrelenting as basekit?
