Desperate Measures (Little buff)
Desperate Measures:
You refuse to fail, even during your darkest hour.
Increases Healing and Unhooking speeds by 10/12/14 12/14/16 % for each injured, hooked, or dying Survivor, up to a maximum of 40/48/56 48/56/64 %.

Why buff the perk by 2%?
If we compare the perk with another with the same functionality, Botany Knowledge gives 33% healing speed constantly, but with the old numbers of Desperate Measures, with 2 injured survivors give 28% healing speed.
In my opinion, Desperate Measure should be more powerful with 3 or 4 injured survivors, and balanced with 2.
With the buff, Desperate Measures gives 32% of healing speed with 2 injured survivors, comparable to the constant 33% healing speed of Botany knowledge.
2% buff also applies to unhook time.
