Lobby Spam Bots

They join your lobby and spam some messages (cannot read most of it because of Japanese and Chinese being replaced by squares), usually have a name that is a stream of numbers, then leave lobby.
If they get caught out by match countdown timer they disconnect before match begins.
What to do about these? They seem to be mostly Steam accounts. Since you rarely get a match you cannot report them using the end game report.

Try recoding your lobbies and use the website’s support page to submit a report with the recording attached showing the chat and user name. That might be enough to get the account banned at least.
