Locker/Totem bug - Could cleanse totem from inside locker, then got stuck

WHAT TO ADD IN THE DESCRIPTION

Got into a match, fled the killer, snuck into a locker. After the killer left, I tried to hit my RB (controller) to exit locker, but it triggered a totem cleanse action instead since the totem was next to locker. Couldn't do anything else. After cleansing the totem, I got stuck in the locker, no exit prompts
