After MidChapter 5.1.0 Carburetor Tunning Guide got buffed (decreased movement speed penalty to 2.00%)
But the problem is, this addon is bugged.
Tremendously decreases your movement speed during a Chainsaw Sweep! (During half chainsaw duration you are slower than survivor)
