Thoughts on titles?

One common complaint is that there really isn't much to work toward aside from the bloodpoint grind and hitting rank 1, and even once you've done that there's really nothing to show for it aside from being a bit better than everyone else at lower ranks.

But what if there was a title system?

A title would be something that displays by your survivor name in the lobby(not sure where you would check it for killers, or if killer titles should even be viewable by survivors in the lobby), and clicking on a title would give a long description, and should they be tied to small buffs/penalties, those would be displayed as well.

Examples:
Survivor
Survivors Guilt: "You watched them die, and now you feel as though its your fault they died". You heal other survivors 5% faster, but take 5% longer to be healed. Earned by being the only survivor to survive a trial for 3 trials in a row
Merely a scratch: "You've been sliced, smacked and smashed so many times, it barely bothers you anymore". When under the effects of borrowed time, received a 4% chance to not enter the dying state when the Borrowed time timer runs out. Earned by being hit 20 times in a single match
Bum leg: "Seems odd that in a world where dying means nothing that the single time you twisted your leg has lasting consequences". Sprint burst's speed boost last 20% shorter, but gains an extra 5% speed

Killer
A taste for flesh: reduce the distance required to receive a stack of Devour Hope by 6 meters, but the totem tied to devour hope glows more brightly than usual. Earned by performing a Mori on all 4 survivors in a single match.
Iron skull: "Over and over they smash pallets on your head, not realizing they've only built up your tolerance". The effects of enduring are 50% more effective, but will only work every other time. Earned by getting hit by pallets 15 times in a single match
The reach of death: "When one uses a tool enough they learn better ways to handle them, even if that tool is a weapon". Lunge Range increased by 10%, chase movement speed reduced by 5%. Earned by killing all 4 survivors in a match using only lunges.

Obviously some of the values and effects would need to be altered to actually be implemented in the game, but the idea behind the bonuses is that they don't replace perks nor provide such an incredible advantage the simply having one would win you a match, but rather they would allow for more dynamic builds by enhancing various perks already in the game, while offering a counter nerf.

Even if there were no bonuses tied to these titles, they would still be a fun incentive for players to collect, allowing them to show off some impressive, funny, or bizarre matches they've been in, in an indirect way

I’ve mentioned before on other forums to have the idea of teir 4 perks. Teachable perks that are only available to the the ones that teach them and unlocked after prestigue (the first at p1 the second and p2 and the last one at p3)

the perks would be slightly better than their counterparts or add a small extra ability. Bond on Dwight would be 40 meters, which you would get at p1, and p3 would be an upgraded leader etc etc. ONLY Dwight would be able to have these perks appear on his bloodweb, which would create end game differences within the survivors as well.

this would give survivors variety per survior, add value to Prest, and also would make sense too. Jake would be better at sabotaging hooks than any other survivor would be.

    Would also apply to killers.
