Brand New Part On 2nd Skill Check Not Working

Has anyone else noticed when using the Brand New Part Add-On, the 1st skill check provides the bonus, but on the 2nd skill check the gen repair progress does not increase? I have noticed this a couple times now.

I have noticed that it doesn't even work on the first part.

Just to be clear, we’re talking about the Brand New Part add-on? Also, you should file this as a bug if you haven’t already.
