Description: It seems like when having both Perks at the same time, everything is fine at first, until a pallet is dropped. Normally you can see the aura of dropped Pallets all around the map with AMN, but when you're within a 32 metre radius from the dropped pallet and leave, the aura disappears. So my guess is that WOO overides AMN when close to a dropped pallet.
