◾︎ランクリセットのタイミング

◾︎今回で2回目

前回1月13日のリセットでも発生

◾︎現象

4キャラ2ページ分のパークが未取得状態となる【添付資料の通り】

(証拠として全キャラ取得済みの画像も添付します)

◾︎対策等

原因不明のため来月も同じ事が起きると思うと不安です

原因等も教えて頂きたいです

    私はグーグル翻訳を使って話しているので、翻訳がうまくいかない場合は申し訳ありませんが、毎月13日にランクがリセットされることについて話している場合、これは正常です。

    まず、ランクリセットの話ではありません

    13日にランクがリセットするのは理解しております

    インベントリにあったパークが消えてしまいます

    ①12日までに全てパークを取得

    ②13日のランクリセットで2ページ分(30個のパーク)が未取得になる

    ③再度取り直し
