PC (Epic Games Store) - Survivors missing items in the endscreen

I was running a treasure hunter build, so i gave a alex toolbox to feng min and a medkit to Meg, they had it when they escaped but the survivors dont show those items.
I know in the "status" screen they show the items THEY BROUGHT but in the "survivors running" they show with what item they escaped (as it can be seen that i escaped with a flashlight)
I noticed this started happening in like 3 matches where i have brought this build and have been giving items to the survivors but idk how long has it been happening.
