Add a perk that reduces the cooldown of successful hits by 10/20/30 percent for killer

Save the best for last. at full stacks is 35-40% i think

That already exists….it’s Save the Best for Last. 8 stacks is a 40% cooldown reduction after hitting a survivor.

STBFL is already an incredibly strong perk, questionable with how much more it enables camping. No more faster killer attack cool downs.
