Failing a skill check should kill you automatically
This way, I don't have to sit through games where Meg and Claudette regress a third of the gen and get us all killed in the first five minutes because they can't hit their checks. My survivor games would improve in quality, and they'd be forced to work harder on learning to play the game, so everyone wins.
Doctor would be a lot of fun to play as, too.

Maybe not kill, but injure would be fun.
Skill check build finally become relevant.

There should be a mandatory 30-second Mori-style death animation that plays on every player's screen showing the head of the survivor who failed a skill check exploding and spraying a hundred gallons of blood on the ground around her, and if you disconnect during the animation, you get an automatic 30-day ban.
Everyone else repairing the same generator would then go into the dying state while any other survivors within 32m of the gen would lose a health state, and then the killer sees the aura of all survivors for 30 seconds.
Then maybe people would pay attention when they're repairing a gen.

Me, trying to stop doing a gen.
The one skill check that always pops up that you are unable to hit about to instantly kill me

Those always make me want to die to begin with, so, it would be a fitting end.

Me when I've seen Game of Death

That was funny ngl.
Imagine if working on a gen was like disarming a bomb. That would be hilarious.

I mean messing with working fast spinning mechanisms are generally like disarming a bomb, you will DIE if you don't care enough.
And this thing even EXPLODES, how can it be safe!?

dude, one missed skill check wins the game for the killer anyway, leave a gen at the wrong at the wrong time or coh gets snuffed at a bad time and that's it, killer wins, simple as that. Also can technician get kill switched? Only noobs and trolls use it. The people who need it you never want to see it on them and when you're doing the high priority gen and some Steve misses check after check on purpose you wish this perk had never been reworked.

I can't tell if you are being serious or this is just bait lol, sounds like you had a bad match where survivors didn't hit a skill check and you were found so you've come to complain on the forums...

That would be a really fun killer perk.

No.

Your not going to like sodaku then with the new greater skill checks over and over again after 90%

EVERYONE misses the occasional skill check, so skill check elitism is kind of funny.
But having some sort of "you were supposed to cut the red wire!" injuring/explosion perk would be funny af.

They could have made it into a Pig add-on.
Survivors working on a generator with a reverse bear trap should get a difficult skillcheck (think Overcharge). Failing the skillcheck either activates the trap right away without needing a generator to be completed, or puts them in deep wound state. (deep wound cause then it works if they're both healthy or already wounded, or it could be injured if healthy, deep wound if already injured)

Maybe someone getting injured for failing a skill check could become part of a perk. Unnerving Presence perhaps.

I had a match last night where I had to do this! Some Meg kept missing skill checks, like on the 5th one I got up, pointed at them and left to find my own gen to work on. Killer saw me leaving, was going to chase me but then she missed another skill check so he went after her. Let's just say, RIP Meg...
