"Cooperative Healthcare" is basically impossible for a solo player.
Requiring you to heal others with another person is basically impossible.
The coordination that this requires is already ludicrous, but on top of that we're in a meta where self-caring and bringing med kits is higely efficient, so expecting anyone will stay injured long enough for a third person to rock up is just an astronomically low chance.
Better thought needs to go into tome challenges, especially the really simple question of "Does this require SWF to be reasonable?"

What I did was: Wait for a survivor to get hooked and then wait until somebody comes for the unhook, then I ran to the hook and healed the unhooked survivor together with the person that did the unhook. Things like Kindred, Bond and Empathy also help.
It's not easy, but doable.

You practically have to cripple your team to get this done. I DESPISED this challenge

That's pretty much the only viable method in solo. That challenge was not well thought out.

I got quite lucky and got it after just 2-3 games, but I can definitely see this challenge being a pain.

It is luck based.
Kindred or Bond works.
Go to the hooks - you need a team that heals. Not every does this but if you get one you can get this.
