If you mean the flashlight It is probably Odd Bulb and the other bulb that increase blind strength. Though the duration is absolutely far too long and I believe double addons chew through a flashlight's charges.
That Nea teleporting though is..suspicious.
Edit: nevermind, she's clearly just straight up cheating.
