We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Dying survivor able to open vaccine case

only seen once although the opportunity to recreate has not occurred since
Step 1: Tentacle whip/punch a survivor who is injured and infected while they have started opening a vaccine case
Step 2: they will be marked on the ui as being in the dying state but will continue to open the vaccine case
Step 3: the case will open and the survivor will then go into the dying state and be able to be picked up
