I talked to the Feng this happened with and she said that it was a glitch, and she was wiggling the whole time. A survivor was on my shoulder, and I couldn't swing my weapon or hook her. She was wiggling the whole time but couldn't fall off, and died from the endgame timer. I believe this was caused because just as I clicked the hook button, a Felix moved into the place where the kill should shift to, the conventional bodyblocking area. I think this began the hook interaction, making it so those restrictions happened, but the animation was canceled letting me still move freely.
