Succeeding a Soul Chemical skill check will regress repair/heal progress

I was playing blight with Soul Chemical and Vigo's Journal. Linked are clips where soul chemical skill checks regress repairs and healing.

Both happened in the same match.

Checked in custom, bug is present when addon is ran alone.
