Killer unable to pick up on gideon meat plant

• Platform: PC
• Description of the issue: the killer (Onryo) told me in end game chat that they weren't able to pick me up when I crawled on a piece of meat on gideon meat plant
• Steps to reproduce: play survivor on on the map "the game" and when downed crawl on the piece of meat
• How often does this occur: every time (I guess)
(I don't know for sure if they really weren't able to pick me up, but I guess it can't hurt to report it anyway)
