White Screen Epic

I already saw a problem about my question here in the forum five or six times but no one had the answer.
The proble is: When I am in the load screen in the start of the game, the screen get all white becouse they are trying to connect to Epic servers. When I get a new achievement, the game active something from Epic and the screen get all white again. When I try to open the Epic menu with Shift+F3, again the screen get all white.
I know that it is a problem about Epic, cuz its occurs in other games too. But can some one help me, please?
I already cleaned the cache, checked for updates etc
