It's not just bugged with bloodpact(which honestly is a relatively minor issue), but it actively dc's people when ran together with Empathic Connection.
I have tested it by running Empathic Connection without OoO, running OoO with other aura revealing perks like Bloodpact. OoO is the harmful one in the equation right now.
I can edit this post later for video evidence if necessary, but I have tested it in seperate games, it's only when OoO is matched up with Empathic Connection
