Soul Guard Bug

What happened: Picked myself up with Unbreakable, Soul Guard showed the endurance status. Huntress came back after slugging me and threw a hatchet at me, got downed with endurance effect still visible on screen instead of going into deep wound.
What should have happened: Should have went into deep wound, not go down.
Map: Coldwind, Rancid Abattoir
