Bug Report: Unable to escape killer grasp

PC - UNABLE TO ESCAPE KILLER GRASP
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Survivor in a public match, equip this perks: Boil Over, Tenacity and Flip Flop
Step 3 : In-game, the killer downs you, picks up and drops you on the ground
Step 4 : After he picking you up again, you can't escape the grasp even if the progress bar is at 100%
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character: Jonah and Jonathan (Steve)
- Perks: Boil Over, Tenacity, Flip Flop, Dead Hard or Power Struggle
- Maps: Ironworks of Misery, Dead Dawg Saloon and Autoheaven Wreckers
- Frequency of the issue: Third time
