Huge FPS loss on nurse since re-enable

Title more or less says it all. I'm currently playing on a laptop that's admittedly getting older, but it normally runs the game fine, including Nurse. Since she was disabled and then re-enabled, I'm getting terrible stuttering all game long, to the extent that the game is barely playable on her. I'll keep trying sporadically and see if I can figure out some other cause or exact reason.
