Reproducible Exploit with Iron Maiden (Creates Phantom DS)

How to reproduce (step-by-step)

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as killer with Iron Maiden

Step 3 : Down a survivor

Step 4 : Let them wiggle out

Step 5 : They go into a locker and either A) get pulled out or B) get downed with hatchet after exiting locker and are picked up instantly

Step 6 : Survivor instantly escapes the killer's grasp, as if a Decisive Strike was used
