Channeling keys prevents the killer from picking you up
1. Use a key with a addon so you can channel it.
2. Begin to channel it when you are about to go down
Now the killer can't pick you up until you cancel the channeling or the key runs out of charges. This does not work for maps.
Please killswitch keys or these addons that let's you channel the keys like Blood amber, gold token and eroded token.

Tried this. Unless I misunderstood, whatever you're talking about has nothing to do with channeling keys..?
I tried above. ^^^ Took me a couple tries to get it right, cause I never use keys, but... Killer had no problem picking me up? so I'm not sure what happened to you.

I think you have to start the channeling action when you are getting downed, Like you have to get downed when you are charging the action not when it's already complete

I tried that, too. Same thing happened. I actually thought I did it wrong, cause I thought it (the key) would work like Clairvoyance, which works while it's charging, instead of having to charge it all the way..
