David's and The Doctor's ''Treacherous waters'' collection is still not in the shop when ALL of the paid cosmetics are in the shop now from Tome: CONVICTION .

I am in love with David's wave runner outfit and I've wanted it since the day I started but it still has yet to be added to the shop.

I am begging and pleading for it to be added to the shop! Please don't forget old cosmetics folks like me missed out on and would love to buy!
