My understanding is that's not something BHVR has control of so it's out of their hands.

Only possibility is the physical Nightmare Editon disk for PS and Xbox. This includes the Stranger Things DLC.
Maybe there are steam keys somewhere but idk.

As far as we know it was not BHVRs decision to remove him. Netflix took away there licence so BHVR is not allowed to sell him.
