Here's a clip from the survivor perspective:
I was playing the Nurse. The Feng appears to clip into the wall as she went down and I wasn't able to get the 'pick-up survivor' prompt.
The survivor was unaware of the bug and moved away from the wall soon after, I was able to pick-up normally then.
I'm playing on PC/Steam.
