Boon Totems Nerf Proposal
I know, another killer rant about all powerful Survivor's Hex Perks, Boons in general. Especially if we are adding Circle of Healing to top tier list.
But, I thought of a better proposal that would work well for everyone, both Killer and Survivors. Why not add two more special nerfs that we need to have, for the any Boon Totems in general.
1st Nerf: Boon Totems, will all now have their own unique cooldown, depending on which perk it is; which can be between 60 to 180 seconds. The cooldown is triggered everytime the killer finds and snuff the Boon totem; however Survivors can also prevent that from happening by reapplied a new Boon Totem in a different spot before they snuff it. Basically, keep on Blessing as many times as you like, instead of doing gens! (CoH will have the longest Cooldown, considering it strength)
2. Applying a Boon Totem on any Killer's hex Totem, will no longer destroy it. It will disable the perk instead, until the killer finds it and snuff it out. Which in turn will re-enable the Hex again. This forces the Survivors to make a decision, is it worth Blessing the Totem when the killer has oppressive hex Totem, or... much better to destroy it and completely deny the killer of a precious Hex perk.

IMO boons are fine. CoH is the issue here. Self heal and speed heal with others are insane.
Exponential seems strong, but you need to be downed in the range cuz getting to the Boon takes some time. Shadow step might seem strong but reveals the boon location at the same time. Dark theory Is a bit of a lifesaver, not actually a big one (I tried using it many times and always ended up as a failure in chases, but that's my scenarios).

I like your idea on boons and it got me thinking.
Hex's should have something similar as corrupt has on gens at the start of the match!
I don't mean a perk it should just be standard. Otherwise they are trash.

I agreed with that, CoH is quite a Issue. But, I feel like even if the numbers are reduced to 0%; it is still a problem that this Boon can always keeps popping up and allow the Survivor and their teammates with quick heals, especially with medkits and other perks to stack with it. Plus, the other boons can be a problem too; even if some them are not that strong.

Indeed, my proposal is giving Killer with Hex Builds the ability to gain back their lost totems; thanks to the Survivors Blessing and Boon perks; if there is a very powerful perk like NOED or even Devour Hope/Hunted Grounds bless.... You as Killer can do something about it, by snuffing it.
This force Survivors to make the very important decision to break it faster and ensure the hex is Dead; or be risk taker and Bless for them Boon strength!
