We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
PS4 - Matchmaking time out error

I keep getting this error message "The matchmaking process failed. Reason: timeoutCreated" when I try looking for a match. I get it several times in a row after waiting about 30-60 seconds before finally finding a match. I have only received this as survivor because I haven't played killer today - this time of day survivor matches are quick while killer is slow so I don't bother trying to play killer.
Steps to recreate
1. PS4, crossplay off. As survivor try looking for a public match.
2. Receive error message several times before finally getting into a lobby.
