cant pick up survivor

couldnt record at the time for some reason but have gone back and recorded where it happens https://youtu.be/dRZrMdWgaug
in the video above it shows the tile it happens on and i hit where the survivor was between the grass, when this bug happened the tile and survivor were on the far opposite corner of the map but i havent been lucky enough to have it there since, the bug has only happened once but i havent had the chance to see it again
when it happened i played pyramid head with

devour hope
pop goes the weasel
