Small QOL buff for Sadako

Make it so that the UI for Sadako, the black ink circle around the survivors, is not visible until the TV's turn on.

No other stealth killer has a global, game start reveal that they exist except her. She is not even able to use the TV's until a period after the game starts so it only makes sense to hide it so that survivors aren't instantly on guard.
