We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Stop copy and pasting replies on customer support. I've had 2 different customer support persons reply to my issue with the same reply for troubleshooting on the xbox console despite me saying I do not play on xbox I play on PlayStation. My issue is still unresolved and I have received zero actual assistance. Absolutely appalling customer service and desperately need looking into as it's obvious your customer support team is lazy and unhelpful. Reference: copy paste reply to close tickets.
