Do you guys think it's about time for a new overall killer QOL change?
So there's a lot of issues that are coming up for killer, and the killer play rate seems to be decreasing pretty steadily. A lot of people, me included, have been asking for buffs to their favorite killers or nerfs to survivor perks and all that, but I think it's about time for a general killer buff. I believe the last time that happened was the hatch spawn change. Here are some ideas that I have. I don't mean all of them together, but they could certainly be mixed and matched for some balanced stuff.
Carrying speed increased by 10%
Pallet break speed increased by 10%
Wall break speed increased by 50%
Vaulting speed increased by 30%
After hitting a survivor, the killer loses collision for 6 seconds.
Survivor breathing and/or footsteps are 40% louder.
Snuffing time reduced to 0 (like rekindling)
Generators regress 5% upon being broken
The hatch can be closed and boons can be snuffed by special attacks when within 12 meters.
Doors take 10% longer to open when outside of an 100 meter range.
Generators repair 13% slower (10 second increase)
Blessed and Cleansed sounds are now directional
Windows block after 2 vaults if within 8 meters of a pallet.
Central vision- You can only be blinded from a large circular area in the center of your screen
Out of all of these I think I would like the faster vaulting and carrying speed the most. Followed by kick regression. I'll edit if I think of more

i only like the "Generators regress 5% upon being broken" i hate the rest. A lot of these are touching stuff that don't need to be touched.

You are mixing up terms, what you describe is not QoL, but simply a big killer buff.
QoL changes are like: don't stop the gen kicking animation if you accidentally release the spacebar a bit sooner.

I want to see that additional 30% vault speed with t3 bamboozle Myers.

I'd be okay with snuffing time being the same as rekindling and a kick regressing gens a tiny amount. The rest of those changes are unnecessary.

I don't think you know what QoL change means.

vaults are slower for killers on purpose. This is so there are weak, strong and god windows that can be mind gamed and played around. Survivors and killers are SUPPOSED to think of how each of them will play a window. If you want to get around them the perks bamboozle and Hex: Crowd control will do wonders for you.
