"Cripple them all" achievement doesn't progress
I never really cared about for Trapper's achievements, but last week i decided to start achievement hunting, and I started doing Trapper's quests in 1st tome or Archives, and despite catching tons of people in bear traps, this achievement didn't budge. I had friendly games where survivors just stepped into traps for me, I finished all (except the last one) tome 1 bear traps challenges.
I haven't played Trapper in over a year or so so idk how long it was on 5/100 for me, maybe since my very first game as killer in this game

Did you pick them up as they're trapped or slug them into dying state & then picked them up? Because you're supposed to pick them up without slugging as they're still trapped or else you don't get credit.

I usually pick survivors up from traps, down them only when i run the padded jaws or i think they're about to break free.
But it shouldn't matter tho which way they're being picked up, since the achievement says to catch them IN a bear trap, not to pick them up from them

You are right there is an achievement for pulling them out of the trap. This one is just to have them walk into the trap. I hope this gets fixed for you soon.

When I did Cripple Them All I had to pick them up while they were still trapped without downing them for it to count. Unlike the daily rituals which only requires them to step in your traps to gain progress.

Yeah, but as I said, I did both picking and downing. That progress from the screenshot is from when I started playing the game, like 3 years ago

Strange. What platform do you play on? It worked for me on Steam.

Strange, I unlocked it on Steam in October without any problems. Could a corrupt file be causing it? Sometimes I verify the integrity of the files, but I think the game automatically does that whenever there's an update, so it shouldn't be an issue.

I installed DBD like in Feb after a loooong break, i don't think files may be the problem, cuz i'm getting all other achievements no problem.
And i REALLY hate Trapper too much to give it another try xD
I'll just leave it be, at least I achieved his adept after 6h of pain, that's all what matters for me :v

Good luck. I hope it works if you try again. He's fun for me because I like the strategy of placing his traps & trying to get the survivors to step in them.
