QoL Idea Laughing Boy ie Doc Mc Love

Ok Doc was was first main when I started DbD and he still is one of my favorite Killers from his creepy design to his power was very interesting to me. But he needs some QoL changes and I came up with a few and want everyone's honest opinion. This isn't a place for Us vs Them or any talk about anything but Doc Mc Love changes.......now let's begin.

Change 1: Changing Shock Therapy detenation to instant instead of 1 sec. I have seen where that 1 sec screws with so many players timings of the power.

Change 2: Shock Therapy is a nice but needs something else. For every fully repaired Gen Shock Therapy's range is increased and gains the ability to damage survivors.

1 Gen: Shock Therapy's Range +5m

2 Gens: Range +5m

3 Gens: Range +5m

4 Gens: Can Damage Survivors and Cool Down increased to 10 secs.

5 Gens: Range +5m

These are just some ideas to make him feel more threatening.

    I think a better change from making the detonation instant is to just add the current detonation delay to charge time and slightly increase movement speed while charging to compensate so you don't loose any extra distance, removing that time seems like too much but I don't think he should lose distance on every shock in comparison to how he is now.

    I think increasing range with each gen would be a nice change but the ability to damage survivors is probably best left out since his shock is unavoidable at longer ranges due to how it comes out in a cone, sure up close within 4-5 meters you could juke it to the left or right but when you are out ~20 meters its impossible to ever dodge it, and making it only on a 10 second cooldown means every chase with doctor would only last ~12 seconds and be an instant loss. But gain 1 meter of range with every completed gen seems like a nice touch without making him overtuned.

    Ok that makes sense about the range. I was just throwing out a idea I was thinking of and didn't know how well it would work out.

    They are pretty cool ideas I think removing detonation delay is something doc has needed for a long time since all it does is make using his power a pain especially trying to compensate for queueing up vaults from ~5 meters away and having to deal with latency making its entry level less confusing would make doc much more fun to play
