Coulrophobia, Consistency and Perk Notification

I noticed that the perk notification on Coulrophobia only show when you are healing instead of when you are under its effect. Both Unnerving Presence and Overwhelming Presence have similar template but show the perk notification as soon as you are in the terror radius.

In order to prevent the game from becoming a mess of inconsistencies these three perks should follow the same rules. Personally, I would prefer if Unnerving Presence and Overwhelming Presence worked like Coulrophobia because otherwise it would mean that by picking one of these perks you are giving the survivors a sure way to know the distance between you when they are on the edge of the terror radius.

On the other side, the perks notifications are supposed to alert you when you are under the effect of a perk so that you understand what is happening. Currently, you can not make the link between the terror radius and Coulrophobia while you can for the other two.

It really ends up being a question of immersion vs information.

I totally agree with this! I gain tons of info based off of these small cues, I think it would be better to only show when you are directly effected by it as opposed to potentially effected

While we are at it, they should make Coulrophobia affect Snap Out of It (madness 3) like Nurse's Calling does. Since they make it count as healing for one perk but not another. I'm actually not certain Coulrophobia doesn't affect madness 3 because it is hard to tell but multiple people have said it doesn't.

    I have a extrem solution.

    Dont give survivos information.
    Delete all informations for survivors.
    The killer get no informations.
    Why should survivors get informations?
    In a 1 vs 4 game?

This is exactly what I want to point out. Nurse's Calling should state that it specifically affects the Snap Out of It action or Coulrophobia should place an exception on it.

The ideal would be to have Nurse's Calling define a category of action, like maybe have it affect actions in the Altruism category (might mean that it should also affect Wake Up and helping someone untrap), so that Coulrophobia can/should indeed only affect healing speed.

Similarly, Premonition states that it trumps any of the Killer's stealth abilities while Spine Chill does not. Since I remember Spine Chill working through the Wraith's ability, I guess that line of text on Premonition serves nothing (so just remove it).

What I mean is that the rule/mechanic text should be clear. You can put flavor text before it but the effect should be unambiguous.
