Locker glitch

This glitch happens when a survivor is running at the locker and turn get stuck and can't get out, by get out there is no indicator of pressing the Rb on controller to get out, but sadly the only way to fix it for now is for another survivor to go over and try to open the locker to get the icon to show up than the survivor can press the button and leave the locker. As well this can affect the killer, the killer in turn can't open the locker and the survivor is stuck and forces the killer to haft to dc or the survivor. Hope you see this problem and try to fix it or to take a look at it and if you do fix this issue thank you.
