a guy is saying useing fov is not a ban reason is it true ?

Could you explain what you mean. The only fov stuff I kno of was stretched res and that should be not possible anymore

Not only bannable but you also can get into jail for it.

But seriously if you are talking about stretched res it's no longer in the game. And shadowborn is a perk if you talking about that.
