skill check bug

There is a bug currently with skill checks.
When you heal or do generators the skill check noise will play however no skill check circle will appear the noise will play and the skill check will be missed video example here.

I understand this is a niche bug however it has been in the game for a long time and affects a decent amount of people when will it be fixed?
