Missing animations when playing huntress

Platform - PC. both on the PTB and Live game

Description: To survivors the windup animation for hatchets is missing, making it incredibly unfair for them. When a survivor is hooked they are permanently stuck in the wiggling animation for the rest of the game. Posibbly more animations missing from survivor POV.

Steps to reproduce: This only happened to me while playing as huntress (once on Live, once on PTV). Further cause unknown. Doesnt appear to be connected to addons used. Could possibly be the influence of a cheat on the survivor side.

How often does this occur: This happened to me twice, both times the survivors thought I was cheating cause of the missing animations. I have seen this bug appear on a youtube video as well for a few seconds. But the rest was cut out. Don't remember which video it was.
