Out isn't an option challenge seems to be bugged.
Used the perk No way out.
Last survivor touched the gate switch and I killed them.
It didn't open at all.
Never got my bp :(
Was on one of the swamp levels using clown.
Not on ptb

Same issue, I've completed twice, once without all gens being done, which I found several reports that it should work, the other all gens were done, everything should have been fine, they did get hatch, but it still should have worked. I also have the same issue with Botanist Extraordinaire, and I believe another as well that required a specific perk but i couldnt find it. So it seems to be the perk challenges are wonky.
