Not so inDepth discussion of mechanics/ Perks I'd change.
Not really going to waste to much time here but I'll likely elaborate some of this stuff futher in a separate post but I'll keep it brief.
Flashlight Save: I'm convinced that despite the idea of Flashlight saves being that you use them to save your teammates that more often then not it will benefit the killer. You will have Meg following Oni all over the map, waisting 40 seconds of time that could be put towards a gen is used to fail a Flashlight save then continue to be useless after the fact. Even popular streamers are guilty of being so obsessed with sweet plays that they will ruin matches in an attempt to get those highlights. Solution, take Flashlight saves out of the game and give us old blinds back. Least then Flashlights will be used other then bully your occasional Wraith or signal to everyone on the team that you are going to be a detriment.
No Way Out: It goes without saying that most end game killer Perks are annoying to deal with. Most people talk about NOED as a perk that encourages returning to the hook, camping and targeting players out of the match which it very much does more often then not. No Way Out is a perk that not only encourages the killer not to worry about the survivor objective but it also encourages the same behavior as above only worse because it forces survivors to stand around and basically afk as an artificial timer runs out, a timer that doesn't even start until you touch the door..oh and the killer gets notified when it does go off..for some reason. This is like..if Corrupt only activates when a survivor touches a gen and the killer gets notified what gen was touched, it is completely nonsensical. As for how I'd change this make it to where once all the gens are complete or when the hatch is closed the doors are blocked for a duration. Take the activation part out completely, give the killer to much reward for doing so little.
Dead Hard: This perk is complained about all the time and I do agree that this perk is completely oppressive in today's meta and the amount of utility this perk has is absolutely insane when you consider how often killers are robbed one way or another because of it. Now I don't think that the perk should be removed, that isn't something we as a community should not promote because that's not stopping anyone from using the same logic for other Perks that could be seen as problematic. My simple solution is two fold. Either take away the survivors ability to eye frame through attacks and make it a distance perk like all the other exhaustion Perks or make it a one time use thing like DS or some other penalty that's very punishing the player using it.
Hook Grabs: The reason why I specify hook Grabs is because I don't see gen Grabs as a problem at all. Survivors should be punished for there lack of attention to there surroundings. My issue is that Hook Grabing is the very source of why camping is so strong in Dead By Daylight. The fact that every killer basically gets a base instadown mechanic specifically to deny survivors from trading out I think is rediculess. The only time you should be able to instadown is when it is afforded to you by Perks, Addons, and base kit..that's it. This is something that is surprisingly not talked about alot and I think that if the devs made this sole change here while making adjustments to stuff like the Purple Medkit agent I think that camping won't be as bad as it is now.

Flashlights: What? You're saying to remove the one altruistic thing with flashlights, and to make them more annoying in chases? I mean, I get what you mean by people being morons with their torches, but their stupidity balances out the power of the save. If anything more power probably should be susceptible to the flashlight before we start tweaking one of their only real uses.
No Way Out: This. Unironically. It shouldn't just be a better Remember me. This also goes to a latter extent to Starstruck vs Mad Grit.
Dead Hard: Or give it some type of prerequisite, but I get what you're saying.
Hook Grabs: Yeah. Completely agree. BS when the killer camps, and BS when someone legs it over to the hook, only to have the Killer leg it behind them and still grab them off.
