Issue when carrying a survivor

Step 1: Enter a public match
Step 2: Down and pickup a survivor
Step 3: Land hits on at least one survivor underneath a scourge hook
Step 4: When survivor reaches 100% wiggle, they will not wiggle out, and you will be unable to use M1, but you can still walk around and hook the survivor
Character: Huntress
Perks: Scourge: Pain Resonance, Bitter Murmur, Iron Maiden, BBQ and Chili
Map: Macmillan Estate - Groaning Storehouse
Frequency: Only happened once, but I'm pretty sure it was a bug
