Actual consequences to toxic players

There seems to be a lack of care when it comes to players exploiting, cheating (different category as it can be non-accidentally implemented cheating such as non-decorative mods and hacks), harassing other players (fellow teammates, the survivors, or the killer), regardless of reports, almost as if it isn’t taken seriously and the reports are just for show to make us feel better. I’ve reported someone for harassing me (20+ homophobic and sexist comments because I got hatch), a killer for using hacks (I promise there isn’t an add-on that gives Ghostface hatchets or the ability to fly), and lo and behold nothing ever came of it. They can of course no longer contact me as I have blocked them (console), but I don’t really find the enjoyment of being forced to play with them as I still get paired up in their lobbies. There should be something implemented that allows a genuine blocking of players that ABSOLUTELY does not allow you to be matched with them in anyway if consequences for their behavior aren’t going to happen, instead of forcing players to repeatedly put up with it.
