Now I don’t know if this is a glitch or if bhvr made it this way, but their are times when dead hard just doesn’t let you use it. Like it their a specific time when you can dead hard or how does it work cause you guys should really explain this in the perk bio.

If you just unlocked Dead hard it doesn't work as well in tier 1 and 2. The cooldown seems like forever.
