We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Eruption not applying the incapacitated status effect on survivors

When I down a survivor and Eruption actives the survivor repairing the gen with Eruption will not get the incapacitated status effect.
It happens every time it seems.
